Do I pay for a quote?

No, we don’t charge for quotes. All Green Sun Solutions systems are designed to suit your individual needs and quoted accordingly. You can request a complimentary and obligation-free quote.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. Finance is available for those who would like to spread the cost out over a period of time (from 1 to 10-years) to assist with household cash flow. Terms can be tailored to your pay frequency, with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly repayment terms available

Are solar rebates still available?

Yes, and the vast majority of homes are eligible so long as you are the homeowner. The rebate is handled by us and all you need to do is sign off on the installation once the system is up and running. We handle everything for you.

Can I monitor my systems?

Yes. As long as you have a home Wi-Fi connection, you can monitor your system’s solar generation and, in many cases, household energy consumption from anywhere using your mobile phone.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes, we can help with faulty systems, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing.

How long does installation take?

Installation is typically completed within one to two days.

What warranty is included?

Solar panels include a 25-year warranty, while inverter and battery warranties are 10 years. If a warranty issue arises, simply contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim process.

Are your installers accredited?

Yes, CEC accredited (Clean Energy Council)
