“I called Green Sun Solar when my power bills were getting high and no solar being exported to the meter. Paul came around immediately ( with 2 vehicles!) even though he was otw to somewhere else. Even though he diagnosed no problems with my system and my issue is probably shading of the panels, Paul conducted some fault finding on my system and gave great advice, all without any pressure or attempts to “upsell”.
Entirely of my own volition I asked for pricing of replacement systems and Paul’s ball park figure was right up there with the best prices I have seen.
Paul and his team give something very much missing from today’s businesses…….service with a smile and thoughtful pertinent advice. He allows his business attitude to sell itself.
